This is Kamen Rider Vua. He is an Vietnamese man who is an old friend of Takatora's. As a birthday present, Takatora gives him a Sengoku Driver and the Gac Lockseed. He is based on the gac of Vietnam. I used Gridon's Donguri Arms as the base. His weapon is the Gac Punji. I feel like I'm getting better at this.
